Ceres Community Project, a group that helps provide meals for people undergoing cancer treatment, has donated copies of its cookbook to Relay for Life Healdsburg. Barbara Tuscany, Relay for Life honoree, said copies of the cookbook, "Nourishing Connections: The Healing Power of Food and Community," by Cathryn Couch and JoEllen DeNicola, will be part of a silent auction and also offered for sale.
Tuscany is also a leader of one of three teams from Healdsburg Community Church. Relay for Life Healdsburg, which raises money for cancer research, will be June 11-12 at Recreation Park. There are 36 teams of about 15 people each.
